Final Atlas grade posting to Google Sheet and agenda. This is Week 10.
  1. Follow this link to the explanation of the haiku presentation requirements.
  2. Find a background image and 5 other images to represent each of your 5 haiku.
  3. Arrange and label them as directed and demonstrated. Add the arrows and ID box in the lower right corner.
  4. You must share the URL with correct share settings today. This is must be finished by 4 PM today.

As we approach the end of the year, here are some things to think about/do:
  • Late/Absent/Revised assignments will be accepted by me through Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 4:00 PM. Turn in using this link.
  • Check with all of your teachers for grade cut-off dates; not all teachers accept work up to the last day; most will have cut-off dates this week.
  • Upload anything that is important to you to your Google Drive (or flash drive); over the summer, the school server and all computers will be wiped clean and anything on the computers or server will be gone forever.

Keyboarding Final & Digital Compass

  1. Log on to typing web.com Take the test. Remember, posture and finger position are important and part of your grade.
  2. Continue working on the Digital Compass scenarios. Collect screenshots of your scorecard. The minimum requirement is at least two badges each on five different scorecards. These are due by 4:00 PM today. Create a folder to collect the screenshots on Google Drive. Turn in the SHAREABLE link to your folder of scorecards here.
As we approach the end of the year, here are some things to think about/do:

Atlas 9

  1. Write your Atlas grades into your agenda in Week 9.
  2. Practice keyboarding for 10 minutes. Remember to practice good posture and finger movements. The test will be on Monday, June 1. If you have a score of 100 for the June 1 test on Atlas, you will not be required to test.
  3. Continue working on the Digital Compass scenarios. Continue to collect screenshots of your scorecard. The minimum requirement is at least two badges each on five different scorecards. These are due by 4:00 PM on Monday, June 1. I suggest collecting them in a folder on Google Drive.

Follow directions to complete the DRP to the best of your ability.
  1. Close this browser.
  2. Open the secure DRP browser by clicking the red and white icon on the left side of your desktop.
  3. Use the user name and password provided to your on the piece of paper provided. 
  4. Do you best work.

Read the message about Make up work on my home page.
If time allows, continue to work on Digital Compass. Take screen shots of the final score on the games you play. Save them on your Google Drive.

Begin working your way through Common Sense Media's Digital Compass. There are 8 sections to work on. Complete "Break it Down" and "Kung Fu Fibber" first. Then you can do the others by your choice.
