Animal Research Wrap Up Block Day

Objectives

• Demonstrate automaticity in keyboarding skills by increasing accuracy and speed
• Use effective search strategies for locating and retrieving information
• Write correct in-text citations and reference lists for text and images gathered from electronic sources

1. Practice keyboarding @typing.com. Practice ergonomically correct posture and finger position. The goal for the third quarter is 20 wpm at greater that 95% accuracy.
2. Work independently on your research notes for the animal assigned by Mr. Kirste. These notes are due Wednesday in Science.
3. Share the URL for your animal report with Mr. Armstrong. Add me to the share settings using Larry.armstrong@edisoncomputech.com.
