Today is a block schedule for Computers and Science.

• Demonstrate automaticity in keyboarding skills by increasing accuracy and speed.
• Demonstrate use of intermediate features in word processing application (tabs, indents, headers and footers, endnotes, bullets and numbering
• Comply with the district’s Acceptable Use Policy related to ethical use, cyberbullying, privacy, plagiarism, spam, viruses, hacking, and file sharing.

1. Practice correct posture and finger movement while practicing keyboarding at typing.com. What lesson are you on?
2. One more round of GCF Word Lessons. Now we are working on lesson and Challenges 18, 19, 21, 23, 24, 25, 28. Please place them in a new folder titles Word Challenges 3.
3. If the lesson offers a practice document, use it. If there is text, read it; if there is a video, watch it; if there is an interactive, click the buttons to learn more. These lessons are due TODAY. When finished, turn in the lessons on Google Classroom.
4. Practice digital citizenship by playing the Digital Compass game. Earn as many badges as you can and use the snipping tool to take a screenshots of your scorecards. You can earn badges by making wrong choices as well as right choices. Earn more badges by repeating stories and making different choices. Save the scorecard screenshots because you will be turning them in for a grade.
