  1. Turn in your colored keyboard assignment.
  2. Do not log on to the computer yet.
  3. Take out a writing tool. Make sure your keyboard is turned upside down. The test will be passed out momentarily. Answer questions on the back. When finished, read quietly while others finish.
  4. Check your ATLAS assignments for Computers. If anything is missing, complete it today. If you cannot complete it today, plan to complete it over the weekend and then you will be caught up. If nothing is missing from Computers, you may work on assignments from other classes or go to my Links page. Reading is also an option.
  5. Be prepared for this exit ticket question near the end of the period: What is the worst thing you imagined (or heard) would happen at the start of middle school? Did it come true or not? Give details.

“First we thought the PC was a calculator. Then we found out how to turn numbers into letters with ASCII — and we thought it was a typewriter. Then we discovered graphics, and we thought it was a television. With the World Wide Web, we've realized it's a brochure.”
